Quality Control

Quality control or in short QC, involves testing of units and determining if they are within the specifications for the final product.  ISO 9000 defined quality control as “A part of quality management focused on fulfilling quality requirements”.

@ CHEMIXL our approach for QC places emphasis on three aspects:

Elements such as Controls, Job Management, well defined and managed processes, Performance and Integrity criteria and Identification of records.

Competence, such as knowledge, Skills, Experience and qualifications

Soft Elements such as Personal, Integrity, Confidence, Organizational culture, Motivation, Team Sprit and Quality Relationships.

The quality of the output is at risk, if any of these three aspects is deficient in any way.

We are working on a well defined quality control and quality assurance plan. Quality Control measures have been checked at various stages of production starting from raw materials, in-process materials and extends till the analysis of finished products, to ensure consistent quality so that our customers get value added products.

Laboratory quality control  is designed with latest equipment like HPLC, UV Spectra Photometer, Gas Chromatography, Auto Karl-Fisher Titrater, Melting Point apparatus to detect reduce and correct deficiencies of the product in laboratory’s internal analytical process prior to the release of product in market, in order to enhance the quality of the product….
